1. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing a reason.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• the item must be returned within 14 days
• it must be in its original condition
• it must show no signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• digital products (after download or access)

By purchasing a digital product, you agree to immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal.

• custom-made artworks, unless defective or damaged

4. Return Shipping Costs

• the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving the returned item.

6. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

• contact us within 3 days of delivery
• provide photos of the item and packaging
