1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Mon’Bark Art online store and define the rights and obligations of the buyer and the seller.
1.2. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
1.3. The seller reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The version valid at the time of purchase applies to the order.

3. Products
3.1. The store offers:
- original watercolor paintings
- fine art prints (if available)
- digital products (if available)
3.2. All original artworks are one-of-a-kind.
3.3. Slight color differences may occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
3.4. Some artworks may be created based on photographic reference material.
4. Prices & Payment
4.1. All prices are listed in euros (€) unless stated otherwise.
4.2. Payments are processed via secure third-party providers.
4.3. Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
5. Order Processing
5.1. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment.
5.2. The seller reserves the right to cancel an order in case of:
- pricing errors
- product unavailability
- suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
6. Shipping
6.1. Shipping is carried out according to the Shipping Policy.
6.2. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, and external factors.
6.3. For international shipments, artworks may be shipped with acrylic (plexiglass) instead of regular glass to ensure safe delivery.
6.4. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
7.1. Customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason.
7.2. To exercise this right, the customer must contact the seller within the 14-day period.
7.3. The item must be returned in accordance with the Return Policy.
8. Returns & Refunds
8.1. Returns and refunds are handled according to the Return Policy.
8.2. Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving the returned item.
8.3. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
9. Non-Returnable Items
9.1. The following items are non-returnable:
- digital products (after delivery)
- custom-made artworks (unless defective or damaged)
9.2. By purchasing digital products, the customer agrees to immediate delivery and waives their right of withdrawal.
10. Damaged or Defective Items
10.1. If an item arrives damaged:
- the customer must contact the seller within 3 days of delivery
- provide photographic evidence
10.2. A replacement or refund will be offered where applicable.
11. Liability
11.1. The seller is not responsible for:
- delays caused by shipping carriers
- customs delays
- incorrect delivery information provided by the buyer
11.2. The seller ensures proper packaging but cannot guarantee handling conditions during transport.
12. Intellectual Property
12.1. All artworks, images, and content are the intellectual property of Mon’Bark Art.
12.2. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.
13. Privacy
13.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
14. Governing Law
14.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
