Shipping policy
1. General Information
All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Each piece is protected using high-quality materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and destination.
Courier Delivery
- Estimated delivery time: 5–14 business days
Postal Service (Registered Mail)
- Estimated delivery time: 14–30 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, destination country, or seasonal delays.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship:
- within Lithuania
- to European Union countries
- to selected international destinations (e.g., Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway)
Due to logistical limitations, we are currently unable to ship to certain regions, including:
- United States
- most Asian countries
- Russia
- Belarus

4. Packaging
All artworks are packed with great care to ensure they arrive safely.
Depending on the artwork, items are shipped:
- flat with protective layers
- securely reinforced to prevent bending or impact damage
Special attention is given to original artworks to preserve their condition during transit.
5. International Shipping Notice
To ensure safe delivery, artworks shipped outside Lithuania may be prepared using high-quality acrylic (plexiglass) instead of regular glass.
This lightweight and durable material provides the same visual clarity while significantly reducing the risk of breakage during shipping.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- destination
- package size and weight
- selected shipping method
7. Customs & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
8. Incorrect Address
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
9. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- please contact us within 3 days of delivery
- provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
Each case will be carefully evaluated, and a replacement or refund will be offered if applicable.
